    Spiral pasta, sundried tomatoes, grilled red peppers and artichokes tossed in our house made Italian Aioli. VG

  • Thai Noodle Salad

    Rice Noodles, peppers, white cabbage, carrot, green onion and cilantro tossed in our refreshing Thai Lime Sesame Dressing (does contain fish sauce). GF DF

  • Greek Salad

    Assorted chopped peppers, red onion, cucumbers and tomato mixed with Greek black olives and feta and dressed on our house made red wine vinaigrette. GF

  • 7 Grain Salad

    Mixed Grains, diced carrot, celery, peppers and green onion mixed with out maple lime dressing. DF V

  • Wintergreen Salad

    If we had a house salad this would be it! Chopped locally grown Kale, red and white cabbage, broccoli, pumpkin seed and cranberries tossed on our house made poppyseed vinaigrette. DF V

  • Four Bean Salad

    Corn, Chick Peas, Black Beans, Kidney Beans, Cannellini Beans, green onion, peppers in a jalapeno lime vinaigrette. GF DF V

    Parsley, olive oil, lemon juice peppers, green onion and spices

    Crisp romaine served with local bacon, house made focaccia croutons, parmesan Cheese. We do the chopping you do the tossing! Served with our house made garlic, anchovy and parmesan dressing – a real show stopper!

  • Harvest Greens

    Local Greens topped with fresh seasonal vegetables. Topped with roasted pecans and served with our maple Dijon vinaigrette – we really let our chefs get creative with this one as it is based on the season!
